ARGENTINA ยท CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT

Pre-due diligence.

Get your file ready before the program opens.

There's a lot of noise around Argentina's new citizenship by investment program, and for a lot of you, now is the moment to start moving. Our pre-due diligence service is the work of getting your file ready before the program opens, so that when it does, you're submitting rather than starting.

The consultation fee is creditable against the service.

WHERE THINGS STAND

Argentina's citizenship by investment program

Where the program stands

You can't apply yet. The government has not issued a list of requirements, there are no published timelines and there's no confirmed list of restricted nationalities. At this stage there is genuinely nothing official you could build a plan on with certainty, and anyone telling you otherwise is guessing.

Why that's still good news

At USD 350,000 this program is extremely competitive, and competitive programs tend not to stay that way for long. There's also a real possibility of a cap at 5,000 applications with the conditions reassessed afterwards, something Argentina raised during the public tender that formed part of the process behind this program. The firms closest to this program, including the consultancies that worked with the government on its design, have already begun preparing files for clients. That tells you something about the timing.

THE SERVICE

What the service covers

Everything is reviewed and assessed by bilingual Argentine immigration attorneys, and translations are legalized here in Buenos Aires, as Argentine immigration law requires. Most files take us around four to eight weeks.

WHAT WE PREPARE

  • Source of funds documentation, in depth

  • Identity documents

  • Criminal record certificates of every kind

  • Proof of family ties for your dependents

  • Address verifications

THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Notarizations, apostilles and income verification letters are on you, separately from our fee. We have vendors in most countries, you always know what something costs before you pay, and you're free to use your own providers.

TIMING

Why it's worth doing now

Getting a file properly ready takes weeks, often longer.

  • There's no government-issued list of requirements yet, so the work now is building the strongest, cleanest file possible.

  • Wait for the official announcements and you'll be behind everyone who started while the rules were still being drafted.

  • The providers handling these applications will be saturated the moment the program opens.

  • Better to find out now that a married surname doesn't match across documents, or that a criminal record check takes three months.

Why do it with us

We're on the ground here. We've worked with Argentine Immigration for years, and we're in regular contact with the consultancies that designed the program.

We're taking 25 clients a month and no more, so that every file gets the attention it deserves.

Is this for you?

Probably yes, if you're not quite sure what an apostille is, if you've never been through a complex visa process or held a golden visa before, and if you'd like to be ready as early as possible.

FEES

USD 5,000

FLAT FEE

Our fee is a flat USD 5,000 for you, separate from the third-party costs above. If you end up submitting through us, we credit it against our fee. If submissions turn out to be restricted to certain authorized companies, it isn't credited.

The service covers you as main applicant, your spouse, and your children under 18. Unmarried children over 18 can be included as well, with an additional fee of USD 1,500 each.

Ready to start your file?

If you'd like to understand the service before committing to anything, book a consultation. That fee is creditable too.
